Investment Readiness Services

Business planning - we work with clients to develop fully integrated investor focused business plans. Business plans typically include social mission, market assessment, service development, leadership, marketing, implementation and financial sections.

Financial modeling - the development of income & expenditure, cash flow and balance sheet models to the standard expected by banks and investors. Our template model and approach is based on CIMA best practice.

Social impact reporting - we work with clients to help them to understand the social impact that their interventions are responsible for and help them to embed suitable reporting systems. We also carry out full SRoI evaluations and produce reports for distribution to lenders and commissioners.

Funding competitions - managing funding competitions from initial engagement with appropriate funders and investors to financial close. This covers funder presentations, selection of preferred funder and due diligence support.

Market assessments  - this typically includes identification of future demand for services , predicted growth opportunities, achievable market share, intelligence on competition and advice on strategic response to markets

Service development - redesign of existing services based on market needs. Development of new services identified as opportunities through market assessment.
